I ordered this product, but never received it. It was returned to sender. I notified the company about the issue and they said it could not be corrected. I requested a full refund or to have my order resent sit the correct changes to be made, but have not received any other communication from them. Very dissatisfied with customer service. Not only I out of my order, but the money I paid.

I have not had to use my SaveLix Anti-Choking Device yet it is good to know it is there in case I ever do need it. I also sent one to my grandaughter who has six children ranging from one to 14.
