Haven't used it. Hope i never have to. Just a piece of mind knowing I have it here. Bought several for all my family.

It doesn't feel like it pulls with enough air pressure. I tested on myself and it does not feel strong enough.
We received the device and it looks like it will be useful. I already had a chocking event before getting the device, so it should be handy.
