I received my product and have reached out to the company twice. I have NO IDEA how this works. In the instructions it looks like you place the breathing valve into the tube but the stems of the breathing tube do not fit into the tube they are to big so it simply falls off. No one has got back to me to either say this is defective and they will send one that isn’t or explained any other way that this could be used. Which I could not see and is not shown in instructions.
Have not had to use yet, but looks like it would be effective!
I bought these for everyone in family but haven’t needed to use them. Thank goodness.
We are in te medical field and found a sense of security knowing we had a tool to use at home for an emergency. Having a new grandchild was the impetus for us, even with medical training.
We haven’t had to use it but great to know we have it in the house for “just in case”
We also have one in each car!!!

Error in system resulted in double order. Received initial order but double charged. Numerous requests to customer service to rectify with refund of extra charge have gone unanswered. Buyer beware.

Everything looks good but a review would require me to use and I hope I never do.
Hopefully I'll not need to use it, but 3 times I could not breath either in or out and was gasping for air prior to situation relieving itself.
I like that it is easy to use and can be used on any size person.
The device seems simple to use, but upon reading the package insert (under General Care) I have 2 questions: (1) where is the expiration date for the mask? (2) where is the “practice” mask? None of the 5 kits received has one. I’ve emailed SaveLix and gotten no response yet,
Very functional. I just hope I never have to use it on anyone. I am prepared though.

I can't give any feed back on this item and hope I never have to use it, but I feel more secure with my chooseing the SaveLix. I always wondered if I would be able to perform the Hynmlic manuver and now I hope to be more prepared .
I’m sure it will be fine. They are Christmas gifts.

Seems like it doesn’t have enough pressure. In my opinion, not well put together.
Well thankfully haven't had to use it,but it looks easy enough and good instruction booklet.
If SaveLix can save a life, this would be a great device to have readily available in your home, office, etc.
