When I received my purchase, there was no carrying case included. I did a live chat and provided my full name and telephone number. That was over a week ago. I have not heard anything about my purchase. I was asked to apply for $5.00 refundable charge, which I declined, because it was really a $40.00 dollar prescription.
Good to have in the house.
I have not had to use this device yet, however it seems to mimic the physics of using a plunger on a clogged toilet. Seems like it would be helpful especially for someone home alone and chocking. Peace of mind.
