Better safe than sorry! Feel much better knowing that my loved ones have the SaveLix Anti-Choking device at home.
While I'm sure these instruments are life saving in the event of a choking episode, the delay I see right away is that these are not preassembled. You have to remove the plastic bag and assemble the mouth piece to the body before you can use it plus in a panic decide which mouth piece to use - large (adult) or small (child). I purchased 4 but they are all in one bag. Perhaps it would be easier to have a red/clear storage bag for each unit rather than having all of them in one bag.
I haven't used it yet, but it looks ok. I hope I never have to use it.
I hope I never have to see if it works, but I bought enough for myself at home and the camper and to give as gifts for Christmas.
