I bought eight, enough for all my children and their families. Was going to give them as Christmas presents, but I would feel guilty if someone needed them before then.
I ordered several anti choking devices for myself and family members. They arrived in good shape but I waited weeks for delivery. Finally I got an update from Savelix to my surprise I was told via text the origin of the devices was China. Then I sent an email to ask if each device can be used more than once. That was three weeks ago. No response yet.
Did I make a mistake choosing Savelix?
I bought several thinking they would be good Christmas gifts for my siblings, but I am not able to use the device myself, and therefore cannot give them as gifts.
The diagram shows a holder and vent valve, but there is no valve that I can detect, only a raised crosshatch area that I cannot exert enough pressure on to make a difference in the strength of the suction.
I would like to return the ones I bought as gifts. They have not been opened. Is that possible?
