I got 2, one for home and one for travel. I’m fairly small and wouldn’t be able to get my arms around my spouse and many others in our family to perform the Heimlich maneuver if they are choking. And if any one of us is alone and choking this is essential.
I wanted to have it for myself, I'm 78. The face mask doesn't seem to fit properly. I think I'm better off to throw myself over the back of a chair. I'm going to see if I can return it.
Well I have not had to try & save my life or anyone elses yet but I ordered theses bc I think it is a great idea. Why not be prepared? I wish there had been one of these around when my brother choked & died.
